Shipping & Delivery

Your meat  will be fresh not frozen and packaged appropriately in vacuum packages or on trays and then in strong insulated cardboard and shipped to you using Fastway, a next-day courier service. We use a special eco-friendly sheep's wool insulation in our boxes, together with sorbafreeze ice packs.  Please ensure that someone is available to receive your goods, as they are perishable items. Goods purchased can be dispatched on a Wednesday to be delivered on a Thursday or on a Thursday to arrive on a Friday. If these days are not suitable please contact us so we can arrange a suitable solution.  Local deliveries in particular can be more flexible.  Please make sure you select the same delivery date for all items in your order.  Postage and packaging costs £15.00 per box.  The boxes will fit up to around 15kg meat.

Privacy & Security

The information which you put into this wesite will be treated as being strictly confidential. Our checkout system transfers you to paypal, you can purchase goods here using your paypal account or through their secure credit/debit card system without registering. Either way your financial details are solely handled by paypal and are not revealed to us to ensure the best possible security for your transaction. Your personal details which we collect as part of your order (name, email/postal addresses, telephone number etc.) will only be used to fulfil the processing and delivery of that order. Third parties will only have access to your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be allowed to use it for their own purposes. 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be permitted.  Please contact us at once if there are any problems with your order on delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the matter

Ordering

To place an order simply add items to your cart from the catalogs in our online store.  When you have selected all your order simply click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the steps to provide your details. Where some items are sold by weight if the displayed options are not suitable pease contact us directly and we will endeavour to make an alternative arrangement
